Home Learning activities in this area work on your child’s physical abilities, including gross and fine motor skills.

Association for Physical Education: Has created This Is PE to support parents to teach PE at home. Short PE lessons that can be done at home looking at balance, co-ordination, speed, footwork patterns, throwing and some basic gymnastics skills, with some fun game ideas at the end. 


Cosmic Kids Yoga Adventures: Fun child-friendly yoga classes for the whole family. Why not give the ones below a go? There are lots more to choose from.

Dance with Oti: Search Dance with Oti Mabuse – every day at 11.30am, but you can view it at anytime. 


Muddy Puddle Teacher: Has free outdoor learning resources for parents from the EYFS to juniors. Registration necessary. 


P.E. with Joe: On YouTube search P.E with Joe Wicks – weekdays at 9.00am from Monday 23rd March 2020 onwards. Although they are aired at 9.00am each morning, you can view the videos at any time. Fun workouts at home for all ages. Why not give it a go, we have!


Woodland Trust: The Woodland Trust have got Nature Activities to do at home with kids. Might be nice to do on your daily walks or in the garden.
